Job responsibilities:
1. Strictly implement relevant inspection standards and participate in the quality management work of this department;
2. Responsible for data statistics and analysis of quality reports;
3. Receive customers and handle after-sales issues;
4. Coordinate internal investigation and analysis of after-sales issues within the company;
5. Understand customer needs, organize and analyze after-sales related data, provide it to superiors and other departments, and provide a basis for business decision-making and improvement;
6. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc;
7. Assist superiors in completing other tasks;
Job requirements: Priority will be given to personnel with relevant work experience or intention to engage in after-sales quality.
