1. Responsible for reviewing and archiving product technical documents (design schematics, BOM, specifications) designed by company R&D engineers;
2. Responsible for cooperating with sales personnel, coordinating customer technical requirements and providing technical information;
3. Responsible for guiding sample production, verifying product indicators, and obtaining customer and external product evaluation and recognition reports
4. Responsible for assisting procurement, logistics, quality and other departments in reviewing outsourced suppliers;
5. Responsible for addressing product issues during the product development process, compiling production process technical documents, and guiding production line work;
6. Responsible for organizing and tracking trial molding and production, handling technical issues during trial production, and submitting OTS documents;
7. Responsible for collecting product requirements from the market, industry, and customers, and providing technical support to customers;
8. Responsible for participating in technical exchanges and collecting industry information, analyzing the technical differences of competitors and proposing technical improvement needs;
9. Responsible for collecting customer feedback on usage, proposing new generation product technology reserve requirements, and arranging transition work between new and old products
10. Responsible for paying attention to product quality, promoting and resolving major product quality issues, and conducting new product reviews on past issues;
11. Responsible for writing product manuals, product testing task books, operation manuals, and organizing application and system solutions
12. Responsible for hardware and software version upgrades, iterative releases, and production traceability record management of intelligent products related to the Internet of Vehicles and IoT
13. Responsible for organizing and writing product training and promotional materials, and conducting training and promotional activities for internal personnel and external customers of the company
14. Responsible for collecting industry product standards, writing enterprise product standards, and guiding product reliability and durability evaluation work
15. Complete other tasks assigned by the product manager.
