Job responsibilities
1. Develop new customers and maintain sales channels for existing products, as well as related customers and users.
2. Maintain customer and user relationships with agents, distributors, etc., and always ensure smooth communication channels with customers and various departments of users.
3. Collect and analyze automotive aftermarket information, with a focus on the demand for accessories for freight vehicles and ride hailing vehicles, including information on industry explosive and competitive products, propose product demand proposals, and provide a basis for company decision-making.
4. Responsible for formulating sales plans for key customers, proposing value propositions and implementing key measures based on customer characteristics, formulating corresponding promotional suggestions and plans, forming business contracts, and completing monthly and annual product sales tasks.
5. Accept orders and track customers and users, accurately identify rigid requirements and pain points in projects, seize the entry point to develop marketing plans, establish target customers, investigate the scale of product demand in the industry, analyze customer demand opportunities, establish self ability advantages, coordinate and challenge customer strict requirements, and effectively follow up on project bidding. Complete the business quotation and be responsible for whether the project can ultimately be obtained.
6. Pay attention to the execution process of the bidding project and coordinate issues related to quality, delivery, inventory, and payment collection in the bidding project. Promptly report any issues to the company and coordinate solutions to meet order delivery requirements.
7. Responsible for signing various contracts/agreements related to clients such as agents and distributors, and responsible for annual price negotiations.
8. Responsible for formulating annual plans for responsible agents, distributors, and other clients, and taking responsibility for the continuous growth of the business.
9. Collect the latest developments from competitors and industries, and develop corresponding strategies.
10. Other matters assigned by superiors.
Qualification:
Education level: associate degree or above
Major: Marketing, Customer Management, Automotive Industry Technical Maintenance Services, and related majors.
Work experience (including industry and equivalent positions): Have worked in the aftermarket sales of automotive products and boutiques for at least 1 year.
Knowledge requirements: knowledge of automotive related industry products, customer service, business etiquette, and contract law.
Skills requirements: Basic identification skills in personnel communication, eloquence in business negotiation, and organizational behavior psychology.
Training experience: automotive supplies, high-quality product training, marketing training, and on-site sales training.
